A 4 week program aimed at helping you achieve your first pullup! For the next 4 weeks you'll dedicate 3 days a week to working on exercises that will help build the strength needed to perform a pullup. Exercises include: Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Assisted Pullups, Dead Hangs and Pullup Negatives. Each exercise has an accompanying description and a basic form video to help you execute the movement with confidence. You can run the program as many times as you need until you reach your goal! This program is best for those with some experience in strength training.
