Explore bodyweight movement concepts derived from Animal Flow and Natural Movement (MovNat). We will explore various patterns, including crawling and ground locomotion, getups, rolling, the fundamentals of movement flows and various mindful movement drills.

Accessible for all fitness levels! Whether you're looking to supplement an established routine or are just getting back into working out for the new year, these bodyweight movements can enhance any fitness program.

The goal is to have fun and explore movement together!​
