I'm a personal trainer and movement coach based in Toronto. Since 2019 I've helped people move better and feel better in their bodies to improve fitness and health outcomes. My passion is to help people feel stronger and move with confidence through training that supports real life.
My Approach
Through skills based training - including barbell training, natural movement skills, kettlebell training, strength, mobility, bodyweight training, and more - I've helped dozens of people break through plateaus and feel able to take on whatever life throws their way.
Training with me is collaborative, exploratory, and playful. Whether in the gym or in your home, the goal is to help you move better and feel better in your body and every day life.
