I'm a personal trainer and movement coach based in Toronto. I coach people who want to build strength, stay mobile, and remain active for years to come. Through functional strength & mobility training, you'll explore what your body is capable of and carry that strength into every aspect of your life.
Working together, you’ll build strength, mobility and confidence in movement that will help you move better, feel better, and perform your best both inside and outside the gym.
Together, we'll focus on mindful, high quality movement patterns, and work to help you develop a deep understanding of what your body is capable of. We’ll work around any injuries or limitations to get you back to enjoying the activities that you love.
Whether you're just beginning on your fitness journey or have a couple of years under your belt, my aim is to help you to feel more capable in your life outside the gym.
